Life assurance gives added peace of mind for you and those close to you: A benefit of three times your annual salary in the event of death in service.

Automatic cover once you’re enrolled in the pension scheme.

Mental Health First Aiders

Eye Care & DSE Support

If you use display screen equipment as part of your role, you can claim:

  • Reimbursement for an eye care appointment

  • Up to £50 towards prescription glasses required for DSE use

Sick Pay & Absence Support

Occupational Sick Pay (OSP)

In addition to Statutory Sick Pay, we provide enhanced sick pay called Occupational

Sick Pay (OSP) to support you when you’re unwell. This ensures you have financial

support while recovering, giving you peace of mind to focus on getting better.

After probation, you’re eligible for 20 days Occupational Sick Pay (OSP) per rolling

year, pro-rated.

Bereavement Leave

We understand that losing someone close can be a difficult time. You may be granted

up to 2 days’ paid leave per case to support you.

Exceptional Sick Pay (ESP)

In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to offer up to 10 additional days of sick

pay, pro-rated, subject to eligibility criteria.

VOICE Group

Working together is one of our core values, and your voice matters. The Employee VOICE Group meets every two months and gives you a clear route to raise ideas, concerns and feedback through employee representatives.

Holidays Get-Together

Our Holiday Get-Together takes place during working hours and gives you the chance to come together with colleagues to celebrate the year’s achievements, reflect on what we’ve accomplished, and enjoy time together in a relaxed, social setting. It’s an opportunity to step away from day-to-day work, connect with others, and end the year on a positive note.

Away Day

Once a year, you’ll have the opportunity to join your colleagues away from the

usual work setting. The Away Day is designed to:

  • Strengthen relationships across teams

  • Encourage collaboration and reflection

Staff Consultation Days

Staff Consultation Days happen 3 times per year and give you the chance to step back from day-to-day work and engage with the wider organisation.

These sessions include opportunities to:

  • Ask questions and share feedback directly with the management team

  • Engage in wellbeing-focused activities and teambuilding exercises

The DBS Update Service helps keep your DBS certificate

current, making future checks quicker and simpler, while
