Supported Contact
This takes place in a large playroom and up to eight families can attend each session. Contact Workers supported by trained volunteers observe the sessions. Conversations are not monitored. Supported Contact takes place every Saturday, with three sessions per day.

Supervised Contact
This is for one family at a time and two Contact Workers observe and monitor the session, including conversations. Supervised contact takes place Monday-Friday between 9.00-6.00 up to a maximum of two hours per contact session.

Observed Supervised Contact
The same as Supervised contact with the addition of a factual observation sheet detailing the contents of the session. Observed Supervised contact takes place Monday - Friday between 9.00-6.00 up to a maximum of two hours per contact session.

Handover
Where the non-resident family member can take the child away from the centre. The role of the Contact Workers is to facilitate the handover of the child from one party to another, so they have no need to meet directly. This is done at the beginning and the end of the time out of the centre. Handover can take place Monday - Saturday.

Parenting Information Programme
A 4 hour course (presented in 2 x 2hr sessions) Course aims:
- To increase parents knowledge about the impact of divorce on children
- To introduce the importance of the parents role in children’s adjustment to separation and divorce
- To understand the importance of decreasing the conflict between parents for the well being of children
- To promote changes in parent behaviour and increase communication skills in order to reduce conflict and increase parent interactions
